Daisy Gifts Limited is a long-standing business specialising in lavender grains and dried floral bunches and stems, potpourri, confetti petals and pressed flowers. We were incorporated in 2002 and have a reputation for reliability amongst our customers and suppliers.

Privacy policy
Personal data is collected on this site for order processing, and for customer registration. This is dealt with in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The Data Protection contact for our company Daisy Gifts Ltd is Ruth Ridley who can be reached on the email shown at bottom of page.
When you place an order at daisyshop.co.uk, we ask for your name, address, contact details and method of payment. This information is securely stored electronically. Payment details such as credit card numbers are dealt with by our payment providers Worldpay and PayPal and are not held by us, in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We may contact you by phone or e-mail if there is a query with your order. You will receive order confirmation and despatch emails.
At the time of ordering you may choose to consent to a reminder email asking you to place a review on our site. You will not be contacted regarding this unless you tick the box to opt in.
You may also choose to register as a customer*, in which case you will have the convenience of your address being remembered by the shopping cart for your next order, and you will be able to browse your order history. Registering as a customer does not currently sign you up for the newsletter, which can be done separately.
*Customers who registered up to 2014 were asked if they would like to receive an email newsletter, and only those that opted in by ticking the box are on our mailing list.
Anyone who has opted in to our newsletter may receive occasional e-mails from us containing tips, offers, product availability and other shop news. Our sign up form can be found on this website, and on our sister sites including lavenderbag.co.uk and daisygifts.co.uk. Names and email addresses only are securely stored at mailchimp.com for this purpose, separate from other personal data.
If you wish to be removed from our customer list or newsletter list, please e-mail us and we will arrange it as soon as possible. If you would like to check what information we hold on you, just let us know.
Cookies – these are necessary for the shopping cart software to work. We use them to track the contents
of your cart if you have selected an item, in accordance with Cookies Laws. We also use Google Analytics and similar cookies to track anonymous customer habits such as how long visitors stay on the site, how many pages they look at before they leave and which country they are from. Spam – We do not send spam or pass your data to anyone else for this purpose.
Your data will not be sold or passed on except where we sell any or all of our business to a third party, or where we are legally required to disclose your information and/or assist in fraud protection.
