The phalaris bunch arrived with the achillea bunch but seemed in better condition (see rating of achillea bunch). However, a few stems seemed unnaturally bent. I put this down to the fact that the box wasn't long enough (again, see achillea rating).
***Thanks for your comments Rowena. We use the longest box that Royal Mail will let us for bunches (60cm), and occasionally have to trim them to fit. There may be the very occasional bent stem, but these can be picked out of the very generous bunch. Glad you were pleased overall! Ruth & Mike.
