Buy by the handful supplied as florettes snipped from the stem ready to use as confetti. Or buy a full box of florettes on the stem - the box contents is a single hydrangea flower head that has been cut down just enough to fit in the box, so may be in a few pieces and will require snipping into individual florets if you wish to use as wedding confetti.
