Shipping terms

Delivery charges for dried flowers, home fragrance and wedding accessories.

Dec 2021 Update: Order by midnight on Monday 20th Dec for posting in time for Christmas. Highlands and Islands may take a little longer and we recommend allowing an extra day or two due to covid. We send by First Class Royal Mail and Next Day Courier.

This site is for delivery to the UK excluding the Channel Islands.

Standard UK shipping: £3.99 which usually takes about 4 working days for delivery.

Items are despatched within 1 to 3 working days
(with the exception of orders containing hand-tied dried flower bunches and bouquets marked "2 weeks" in the product description - handmade by us to order).

This cost applies to packages under 20Kg. We may contact you for additional delivery fees (charged at cost) for very heavy orders.

90% of orders are sent by first class Royal Mail which takes 1-2 working days from despatch. Parcels over about 5Kg and high value items within mainland Britain are usually sent by courier, depending on size and postcode, taking 1-2 working days (Highlands and islands may take a few days longer).
Delivery may occasionally take longer than stated due to circumstances outside our control.

Please note you may be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not likely to be home, you are welcome to give us a work or other delivery address. Couriers will often refuse to leave a parcel without a signature.

Customers asking for deliveries to be left unattended e.g. on the step or in a greenhouse do so at their own risk. We may not agree to refund or replace undelivered items in these circumstances.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. We will not accept liability if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address or postcode supplied by the customer.

If ordering for an event, we recommend allowing extra time in case of queries or unforeseen circumstances.

Heavy packages
Shipping on packages over 20Kg will be charged at cost.

Orders from abroad
Due to new paperwork requirements after Brexit we are not currently accepting orders from outside the UK. We no longer accept orders from the Channel Islands for the same reason.

Orders from the outside the UK placed in error on our website will be rejected and refunded in full.
